Strength and conditioning is known for building the strength and speed needed on the field or court. Our gym Altamont Performance Lab has been around for 7 years and in that time we have help coached hundreds of athletes from middle to high school, all the way to collegiate and professional athletes. When in the gym year round we are seeing athletes gain 5 or more pounds of muscle each year, vertical jumps increasing 2" or more, weight loss when needed, and athletes fully rehabbing from surgery and returning back to play. We have recently helped 3 female athletes fully recover from ACL surgery in the last 3 years and we have the results and programs to prove it. If we are going to play year round, they need to be in the weight room year round.
